YET ANOTHER KYC ISSUE
I have multiple Saas companies leveraging Vapi, and we have been locked out with no help from Vapi for multiple days. This is entirely avoidable and sheer incompetence. From the looks of it, tons of other customers are having the same issue. It is not that hard Vapi, revert the KYC update, fix the issue, and the SLOWLY reroll the KYC feature back out.
In the meantime, can I pretty please have someone, anyone, help with getting me access to my Vapi Account which I am unfortunately relying on for my livelihood at the moment.
