Issues in accessing the service

I expected the call to go through but it didn't. I got this error rather :
Failed: {"message":"Couldn't start call. Your account requires KYC for compliance purposes. If you are an admin, please go to dashboard.vapi.ai and login to verify your account or request an admin to verify your account. You might need to re-login(logout and login) to the dashboard.","error":"Bad Request","statusCode":400}
I logged out and logged in. There is no KYC option anywhere. I am just testing vapi at this point, i don't know what the exact issue is here
