Missing Success Evaluation Data from Get Call API in Make.com Integration
Hi Vapi Support,
I’m currently using Make.com to build an automation that triggers outbound calls from GoHighLevel through Vapi.
The setup works in the sense that calls are created and logged, and I can use the Get Call feature to retrieve the last call that was made. However, in the payload I receive back from Get Call, the success evaluation is missing. I rely on that field to determine whether the call should be marked as a success or not.
I’ve tried multiple troubleshooting steps:
Adjusted and republished the AI assistant and its analysis plan.
Experimented with different settings for the agent and success evaluation prompts.
Followed the documentation, but I couldn’t find a configuration that fixes the issue.
Despite this, the success evaluation is still not included in the response.
Could you please advise how I can resolve this? If you need any additional details (such as example payloads, assistant IDs, or scenario setup), I’m happy to provide them.
