Assistant in Voicerr Not Triggering Tools

I set up a simple assistant in Voicerr for testing, but it isn’t triggering any of the tools—specifically the Make_email_look_up tool. The standalone test for the tool was successful, so it seems the issue occurs only when running through the assistant.
