We are currently in an initial pilot phase with one of our clients, and our goal is to grow organically with them over time. For now, however, we need to better manage our daily call consumption.
At the moment, our account is set with a concurrency of 10 calls. We kindly ask if you could help us reduce this limit to 5 concurrent calls. This adjustment will allow us to continue testing and evolving the project without exceeding our current budget.
