MiniMax Offer

We signed up for the MiniMax offer yesterday - the initial test was great - then the agent stopped working. When using Talk to Assistant tool in the Assistant dashboard, the assistant failed to speak 90% of the time. The couple of time we were able to get her to speak, she sounded great, but very unreliable. We were using MiniMax - Turbo 2.0 and OpenAI 4.o Cluster, LiveKit Endpointing. What are we doing wrong? Is this a common issue? @DebFiore
