Twilio phone error

I deleted my account that I had created with my google SSO and recreated with the email, but by twilio fone got locked up in my old organization that has been deleted. While trying to add the phone I get an error saying that the phone is already assigned to another organization. I sent a support ticket 5 days ago but didnt get any response back. Could you help me please?
