URGENT - Critical Bug - 401 Unauthorized on NEWLY GENERATED API Keys
Hello VAPI Team,
I am facing a critical 401 Unauthorized - Invalid Key error that is completely blocking my account. I have now exhausted all possible troubleshooting steps, including regenerating all my API keys.
Here is the situation:
I am trying to make a basic API request using cURL (curl https://api.vapi.ai/logs -H "Authorization: Bearer <MY_VAPI_KEY>").
The request consistently fails with a 401 Unauthorized - Invalid Key error.
To solve this, I have just completely deleted my old VAPI API key and generated a brand new one. The error still persists with the new key.
This proves the issue is not a wrong key, a syntax error, or a client-side problem. It appears to be a fundamental issue with key validation or account provisioning on your backend.
My project is completely stopped. Please investigate the authentication logs for my account immediately and resolve this issue.
