Queued Calls (bug)

Hi,
I've lunched several outbound campaigns in the last weeks and, for the first time, today, I had a bug where a few calls kept the status "Queue" but never completed... I cannot lunch more campaigns (even tho I canceled the campaign that triggered the problem) because they all stay in "schedule" status. Can you please change the status of this "Queued" calls to "Complete" in order for me to lunch new outbound campaigns? Can you please prevent it for happening again? Thanks.
