Vapi Outbound Agent Questions

Hello, just a few questions, we're currently creating an outbound agent from Vapi
our users dont seem to be able to hear the agent sometimes.
data will not generate or populate with the AI from a google sheets connection tool (shoots info from vapi's call, to google sheets)
how to use the information in an outbound campaign spreadsheet as content for agent? does this go into the prompt? so far, no luck
We also get voicemails and customers didnt answer, how do we know if our number was filterd out by spam or not?
It be a great help if anyone can answer these to help finalize our agent
