Pickup call manually before the AI assistant
Hello! I'd like to be able to pickup a call manually and if I don't response after X rings, have the AI pickup instead.
I'm thinking the best way is to use TwilML, handle the call using Twilio and forward to vapi if no pickup.
It seems to me I'd need to replace the webhook URLs on Twilio's side but I think it would break some things on VAPI's side too. What's the best way to handle picking up a call manually and sending to VAPI if no pickup?
