Call Transfer – Assistant Not Resuming After Timeout/Decline
Hi team,
Kindly help me with clarification on the call transfer feature.
From my testing:
• If the destination number is reachable and the call is transferred, but the destination phone does not attend or manually declines, the assistant does not resume the call.
• If the destination number is not reachable, the assistant does resume the call.
My question is:
In cases where the call is sent to the destination but it times out (not answered), is it possible for the assistant to resume the call?
Similarly, if the destination manually declines the call, can the assistant be set to resume in that case as well?
Appreciate your guidance on whether this behavior can be configured.
