Tool call doesn't call with argument.

I'm new here. so I'll keep this brief.
I tried the handover to agent tool and decided to link it to one of my twillio account number.
As you can see from the screenshot I have provided, I have set the phone number but on the call logs, the arguments were empty object.
What causes this? and how is should be fixed?
