Different BYO SIP Trunk media stream IP address
Hello,
We have set up a BYO SIP Trunk and are currently testing inbound calls. According to the call log, the inbound call is successfully received, but during the actual call, the agent’s voice cannot be heard.
Upon checking, we found that the media stream IP is 35.89.67.171. Based on the documentation, SIP signaling and media streams should be handled through 44.229.228.186/32 or 44.238.177.138/32, so we configured the firewall to allow these two IP addresses. However, it seems that the media stream is being connected through a different IP address.
Could you please advise how we can resolve this issue?
