Customer Phone Number is showing up incorrectly in the call log

The Customer Phone Number in the call log is showing up incorrectly. Why this maybe the case? the call id: 4156a81e-035c-4ef9-8e4f-8b77658d9790 timestamp: 08/24/2025 17:02
