When I call in to assistants, they are not hearing or at last not responding to caller.

When I call in to assistants, they are not hearing or at last not responding to caller. The aaistant just says the opeing mesaeg and then neve responds after that. I have ttried on mutiple phones and still the same issue.

Browser Information: Specify the browser and version you are using, if relevant. For unresolved connection issues, sharing only the Call ID is sufficient.
