Customer Number isn’t correct
We’re running into an issue where the customer’s real phone number isn’t coming through.
Since we route calls with 3CX, the same number is showing every time instead of the actual number the customer is calling from.
This means we can’t identify the customer correctly. Is it possible for the caller ID to be passed through so we always get the customer’s real number?

To get the customers number, use the default dynamic variable {{customer.number}}

yes but the number being passed in customer.number is not the correct number
Could you please share a call id and provide more details about the dynamic variable value that is actually being used?

Could you just look at the organisation I send you and look through the call logs absolutely all calls have the same customer number and they are all from different people
