To improve the transcriber performance, use these methods:
- switch from nova-3 to nova-2. it is usually better for conversational speech
- add custom keywords and vocabulary: you'll want to add some car manufacturer names and the words for phonetic spelling names and emails
- enable
smartFormat
- lower the confidenceThreshold to 0.2
After you make these changes, run a couple test calls and see if you notice any improvement in performance
