Hi I am not able to insert my credit card

tried it with 2 other cards but always the same error:
Error updating auto reload plan
Failed to purchase credits: Invalid payment details

when you enter the card data, make sure you press the

icon to the right of the card number (it's grey, and not intuitive)
99% sure that it would fix the problem for ya
