We’re experiencing an issue with the concurrency limit in our campaign. Even though we’ve set a concurrency limit and our agency plan allows up to 50 concurrent calls, the system is placing calls one at a time instead of running them concurrently.
Could you please check why the concurrency limit isn’t being applied as expected?
Also, the outbound campaign menu is no longer showing for us
