iSSUE w/multi-language squad
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to set up a squad with two assistants (one English, one Spanish) to route calls based on the user's language.
My current setup isn't working. Could someone please provide a quick guide or tell me how to properly configure the routing for a multi-language squad?
