customer phone number coming through wrong

I am having an issue of when I call my assistants, my phone number/DID is not being passed through and a different number is showing up which in turn means that texts are not going through. One that is not anywhere in the account. Could this be a vapi issue. It is happening with two very different accounts in different countries. @Support.Voice-Agent @Akhil @Vapi Team
