DTMF input doesn't work
Hi! Whatever I try, my agents don't pick up user keyboard input. I have tried adding the tool and add instructions to the prompt. In the logs and messages I see absolutely no sign of activity when someone presses a key. The settings in the agent for dialpad are on and on 0.5s.
Usecase: I let the agent say in it's first message: "press one for english", and if the user presses 1 I need it to send a webhook so I can assistant override to english.
Any idea what the issue could be?
