SIP UAE number- Vapi -Outreach campeings

Goal: is to have a UAE phone number that can do outreach without any problem using Vapi.
I know Twilio is not available with UAE numbers, I see in this discussion about Telnyx and doing SIP trunking.
I have no idea about any of this. Can you guys please help with?
I would really appreciate a guide, videos and step by step instruction on what is needed, and what needs to be done.
