dynamic variable
Hi, i have trouble in having the dynamic variable in my assistant -
Goal: It needs to have customer phone number when someone make a call. I set a webhook and it will run when someone calls and response has customer number but my assistant is not picking it up.
I see the dynamic variable document and it is not helping, it is for inbound agent, it needs to have the customer phone number and send a text. i want it to be aware of customer phone number but it is not .
the webhook response is 200 and the post body is good and dynamic variable name is correct in prompt , Can you help me?
