Failing to add more credits
Hi Vapi Support,
I attempted to verify my identity on my Vapi account, but after uploading my documents, the screen stayed stuck on "Verifying Your Identity..." for over 9 minutes.
After refreshing, it prompted me to start the verification again, as if the previous attempt failed. I tried logging in via incognito and different browsers with no success.
I need access to my account to add a payment method and enable PAYG, but I'm currently locked out due to the broken verification loop.
Could you please assist with completing or resetting my verification?
