Transfer Call tool problems

I am trying to set up a transfer call tool that transfers the call from one assistant to another. I have added the tool to one assistant and each time I am starting the talk with this assistant, I am getting the attached error message. Assistant with the displayed name exists and is published.
I have tried changing the assistant name to assistant ID in the tool settings and adding the tool to both assistants, but it did not help in any way.
Can you please guide me to resolve this issue?
