Here are a few steps you can follow to troubleshoot the issue with receiving a team member invite:
Check Spam/Junk Folders: Make sure the invite email wasn't mistakenly sent to your spam or junk folders.
Confirm Email Address: Verify that the email address used for the invite is correct.
Multiple Attempts: The system allows inviting up to 100 users simultaneously by entering email addresses in the users' page. Check with the sender to resend the invite from their end.
Dashboard Check: Even if the email was not received, check if you can see the organization by logging into your account and looking at the dashboard dropdown menu.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, have the person who sent the invite reattempt the process using the updated guide for inviting multiple users, and make sure everything is configured correctly on their side.
