Tool call Webhook response (make.com) always returns 200: Success. (plain/text format)

I've configured a webhook & set the appropriate JSON response.
mapped ToolCallID / results in webhook response module.
scenarios are successful but in conversation the assistant won't wait for response - always "Success."

Checked the video regarding Tool calls in API docs.
