ID Verification Not Completing
Hello Vapi Support,
I’m trying to verify my identity on a new laptop, but the process gets stuck. After uploading my ID and face scan, it says “Verifying your identity… this can take 1–3 minutes,” but it never completes. I’ve tried multiple browsers, incognito mode, and clearing cache, but nothing works.
I’m able to log in on my phone, but not on the laptop.
Please assist in clearing this issue or manually verifying the account.
