Assistant doesn't respond back
Hi, we're using our asisstant through VAPI SDK, and just recently it stopped working. The AI would talk to us, but wouldn't reply back.
We then tried going to Vapi web dashboard to initiate a call with the assistant from there. But our assistant's page is showing up an error

I also tried to create a new assistant and initiated a call, but it also failed. The AI said "Hello" but wouldn't respond back.
Is there a known issue/outage going on? Asking because we aren't observing this on other Vapi account.
