Hello there. I have a problem in my account. I need to talk to sales to engage an enterprise plan, i filled your webform, but nobody answer.
Is there a direct way to contact you?
I am running an entire contact center and i need direct support to my operations.
Today i ran out of money, but my credit card is ok, so i dont know why.
Please contact me or i will haver to leave this platform and y really dont want it.

- What's the highest number of calls happening at the same time in a single minute?These questions will help us understand their project's call volume and how many calls might happen at the same time.

i will call around 2000 minutes per day, aprox 40000 minutes month.
around 150 concurrent call at least

another question... i am subscribed tothe Agency plan, and today it was charged with 697 USD, and the subscription is just 500 USD. I do not know why the payment was rejected, but now my balance says -487.86. If I found my wallet with 500 usd , i will have 3000 mins? or will it be just like buy normal credits?

If you are on the Agency plan, you will have 3000 minutes and your calls will use minutes instead of credits. If you would like to verify that, please provide your org id and we will look into it further
