SIP trunk outbound enable issue

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with saving the outbound settings. I filled out the area shown in the screenshot and clicked save, but when I refresh the page, the settings reset. I want to initiate calls via an n8n automation, but I think the agent can't call me because the outbound section is not properly configured or active.

I'm using a Turkish phone number and added it via SIP Trunk, but I can't make it work. Also, I'm unable to add a new SIP Trunk number — the same SIP Trunk option keeps appearing and I can't proceed. I'm stuck and not sure what to do. What can I try?
