Trying to log into our account, Verification Process NOT allowing our team through
Tried logging in like all of the other times before, asks for a new ID verification process, which I have now done twice. The screen says, "We are processing your uploaded documents to verify your identity. This can take 1 to 3 minutes. If there is a problem processing your documents, you may be asked to try again. This screen will close automatically once your identity is verified." It's been well over 30 minutes, and nothing has changed, even though I have submitted all of the correct information. Our team is unable to log into our account to make the necessary changes. Please HELP!!!!!
