Stuck at Verifying your Identity again

I am facing this issue again. Also in my account (which my organization's) I have easily done more than 1000 mins this month.

We have tight deadlines here to complete the client project. Can you please help?

I am also having the exact same issue! Our login is vapi@lhgraphics.com, please help as we are completely blocked from having access and need to update our assistants settings right away!
