How do we automate rescheduling calls via campaigns?
I’ve done the following in Vapi dashboard:
- Uploaded a CSV with 100 leads, each using dynamic variables in campaign that is passed via the assistant prompt
- Captured structured callback times per lead
- I need to reschedule calls for each lead according to their callback time, while keeping the dynamic variables intact during the process
