Bug Report: Call Forwarding Ends Without Assistant Response

I'm reaching out to report a bug related to call forwarding behavior. When a call is forwarded and goes unanswered, the call is abruptly disconnected without any response or explanation from the assistant. There's no indication to the caller that the forwarded party was unavailable, busy, or declined the call—the line is simply cut.
I’ve tested this using experimental warm transfers, strictly following all formatting and documentation. The issue occurs consistently.

Timestamp: 24 July 2025, 5:00 PM
Expected Behavior: The assistant should return to the call and inform the caller that the forwarded user was unavailable or did not answer.
Actual Behavior: The call was disconnected immediately without any message or return from the assistant.
This results in a confusing user experience and affects call flow reliability.
