Dynamic Variables for Shared API Tools

Hi,
I'd like to have 2–3 API request tools shared across multiple assistants. Is it possible to define variables (e.g. assistant_id or client_id) per assistant and pass them dynamically to the tools, so each assistant sends relevant metadata?
