Problem with Azure voices
Hi! I'm building a Latvian voice assistant and trying to use Azure voices like lv-LV-NilsNeural, but none of them produce sound when I test the assistant. VAPI’s built-in voice works fine, so it seems like Azure TTS might not be enabled or linked properly for my account.
Also, there seems to be a second issue: when I select an Azure voice from the dropdown list, it always causes an error or results in silence. The only way I can make it recognize a voice is by manually entering the voice ID (like lv-LV-NilsNeural) — but even then, there’s still no audio.
Can you please check if Azure voice support is fully enabled and working for my account? Thank you!
