Mystery phone number for 2FA, how to change?

Hello, we are using vapi and we have run out of credits. For some reason, the number associated with our account is not the right number, in fact, it is a complete mystery what this number is. We cannot reload credits and we cannot only use email for 2FA so we are stuck. What can we do?
