vapi dashboard issues when saving tools

Issue: when i saved tools, it shows "Uh-oh! Apologies, looks like my voice circuits overloaded." and not removing from the screen. if i click any tab, same screen again, i can't do anything on vapi. it shows this message "Error: SyntaxError
