"Publish" settings not saving..

when I hit "Publish" for the "Webhook" and the "Transcriber > Key Terms", I noticed it wasn't saving...I'm using Arc(Chrome) as my default browser. I also tried in Safari and it produced the same results. I'm running the latest browsers and latest macOS.
