API request Issues 🔴
Hello, following further discussions with our tech team, we’ve identified that most of our recent API calls have not been processed due to issues on your side. As we are currently running a critical campaign, these disruptions are significantly impacting our operations.
It’s essential that this is resolved as soon as possible to ensure the success of our ongoing mission. Could you please investigate this matter urgently and provide us with an update on the root cause and the expected resolution time?
For exemple, at 12h10 and 22 seconds, we received this : invalid json response body at https://api.vapi.ai/call reason: Unexpected token R in JSON at position 0.
It happened more than 100 times.
We are also facing another issue with the analytics and dashboard on the VAPi platform. The calls made by the API do appears (Not all the time) correctly in the call logs, but the date filters don’t seem to work at all , it’s as if they’re not even there.
Could you please look into this and help resolve the issue ?
