Persistent "Invalid Key" Error (401) Despite New Keys and Connections

Hello Vapi Support Team,

I am experiencing a persistent "Invalid Key" error and hope you can help me resolve it.

The Problem:
Every time I try to run a test call with any of my assistants, the call fails with the error: Invalid Key. Hot tip, you may be using the private key instead of the public key, or vice versa.

Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:
This error occurs even though I have performed the following steps multiple times:

Created a "Minimal-Test" Assistant: I created a brand new assistant with only a one-sentence prompt, a standard OpenAI model (gpt-4o-mini), and a standard ElevenLabs voice. This minimal assistant fails with the same "Invalid Key" error.

Deleted Old Connections: I have deleted all existing OpenAI and ElevenLabs connections in my Vapi account settings.

Generated New API Keys: I have generated brand new, fresh API secret keys from both OpenAI and ElevenLabs.

Created New Connections: I have created new connections in Vapi using these new, valid secret keys.

Re-assigned Connections: I have ensured that the new assistant is correctly using these new connections.

Since the error persists even on a minimal assistant with fresh keys and connections, I strongly suspect there might be a technical issue or a "stuck" configuration within my Vapi account.

Could you please investigate this on your end?

Thank you for your help!
