Does Vapi.ai support reading DTMF phone extensions on inbound calls?
We would like to associate each load with a unique phone extension — for example:
+1 (650) 568-0007,5734
In this case, 5734 is the load identifier (extension). When a carrier calls, we want the AI agent to know which load they’re calling about, based on that extension — before the voice flow begins.
