WrokFlow - maximum call duration

Hi team,

I’m building a voice workflow using Vapi for a medical triage assistant, where the virtual agent collects patient information (name, DOB, insurance, symptoms, etc.) before transferring to a live agent.

In real-world tests, calls are often going beyond the current 10-minute limit, especially when patients need more time to provide accurate information or when secondary insurance and PCP details are involved.

Can you please advise if the maximum call duration can be increased to 30 minutes (or more) for workflows under the Agency plan?

Appreciate your help—this is crucial for production deployment in the healthcare space. Let me know what’s possible!
