Urgent - Assistant Stops Speaking in the middle

when user asked the question it answered but stopped in the middle, the user needed to say continue to start it again. This is a urgent issue to look into as we are in demo stage to client i am unable to understand why is this happening ?

31fe5cd3-b940-415e-ba61-ad6b1d6c7d83 at 0:54 the assistant suddenly stops speaking with incomplete sentence is it because of the "Spencer" voice i am using because I didn't find this issue with other voices . Please check this very urgently. thanks
