VAPI Workflow issues

Hello I have recently created a new conversational agent in workflows although we are experiencing a ton of issues.

The main issue is that the assistant randomly starts repeating the same message within the conversational node and ends up breaking itself.

We are also noticing issues with transcription. Are there any enhanced English transcription settings we could use?

We are currently using: Deepgram Nova 2
