how to connect assistant with workflow?

Hi, I am new to Vapi and building a fitness ai agent while following a tutorial on the youtube. But the tutorial has used the old version of Vapi, so by following along I can't connect my assistant to workflow it should go about.
Can anyone help me set it up. I have to complete this proj asap for college resume
