Veriff Broken
I have tried twice to perform the Veriff process. Both times it hung on the VAPI Dashboard "waiting". This time I left it up for full 30 minutes.
My account needs more Credits, but I cannot log in because VAPI is using a broken Veriff tool.
Can support please contact me and mark my account as verified. I cannot keep doing this, and my main phone number is now down because of this broken process.
